The Algarve International Cultural and Creative Tourism Festival is dedicated to showcasing and celebrating the region’s living heritage — its people, crafts, flavours, and stories.

Promoted by the Algarve Tourism Region and organised by QRER Cooperative and Proactivetur, the festival is part of the Algarve Cultural and Creative Tourism Experiences Development Programme, an initiative developed in partnership with Tertúlia Algarvia within the framework of the INOVA ALGARVE 3.0 project, co-financed by the Algarve 2030 Operational Programme. 

Its purpose is clear: to give visibility to tourism operators who invest in differentiation, local identity, and meaningful engagement with local communities, contributing to a more sustainable and participatory tourism model.
