This experience invites visitors to slow down and immerse themselves in the authentic rhythm of rural life, surrounded by the gentle sounds of nature and close contact with farm animals.

The journey begins with milking the goats — a genuine moment that marks the start of an exploration into the heart of local traditions.

Participants then discover the path of milk as it is transformed step by step through the hands and knowledge of those who preserve this ancestral craft. Once the curd begins to take shape, it is time to get involved: hands-on participation and all senses engaged as you create your own cheese.

The experience concludes with a guided tasting, where the flavours of the region are revealed in harmony with local products. At the end, you take home more than just cheese — you leave with memories, stories, and a living piece of this age-old heritage.
