Immerse yourself in some of the Algarve’s most delicious traditions in this hands-on workshop, where you will learn the art of crafting regional sweets using two of the region’s most iconic ingredients: figs and almonds.

With your hands at work, you will create your own traditional delicacies — from the classic fig "cheese" (queijo de figo) to elegant almond stars — in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere that blends learning, creativity, and shared experiences.

The best part comes at the end: a tasting of the sweets you have prepared, paired with two artisanal liqueurs from the region. The perfect toast to celebrate a memorable
